Santi Benedit

Santi Benedit (born August 22, 2001) is a Spanish screenwriter and director based in London. His work explores isolation, obsession and the tension between self-perception and reality, often through characters struggling with their place in the world. His debut short film, The Journalist, received five festival selections, including the Lighthouse International Film Festival in the United States (2026). He is currently completing his second short film, Shortcut, a psychological drama set in 1980s London.
